Comprehensive training lays the foundation for an agent's success.  We make training a
top priority with an incomparable menu of in-house programs for beginners and seasoned
agents alike.  All classes are taught in one of  two training centers in our Forest Acres Office
  • New Recruit Training.  New agents get invaluable on-site roup training designed to
    build their knowledge and confidence, with our basic training course, Real Estate
    Fundamentals, taught by a trained educator who is also an active top producer.  The
    information taught is fresh and taught using proven techniques, including interactive
    sessions, role-playing, lecture and homework.
  • Ongoing Training.  Both new and seasoned agents can sharpen their skills by
    attending advanced seminars that are relevant to today's marketplace.

Mandatory Continuing Education

We offer 8 hours of South Carolina's mandatory continuing education each year. Our in-
house instructor writes a new class every two years, staying current with market pressures
and issues.  In 2008 and 2009, our class teaches the agent to deal with foreclosures, and is
taught in the training  room located in the Forest Acres Office.  

Computer Training

Our computer training classroom is located in the Forest Acres Office.  We offer basic
computer training, the Microsoft Office products, advanced understanding of computers,
use of the internet and email in marketing,   CMA Toolkit, Advanced CMLS software
training, Zip forms, etc.
